Scope of this notice

This notice covers the laboratoryflow.com marketing website only, a static website entirely separate from the LabFlow application hosted at app.laboratoryflow.com. It does not cover data processing inside the application itself.

Cookies and tracking

This marketing website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and includes no third-party tracking or analytics tools. No tracking scripts are embedded in its pages.

Demo request form

When you fill in the "Request a Demo" form and press submit, the form data is sent securely to the LabFlow API and delivered to a monitored sales mailbox for follow-up.

No customer account or laboratory tenant is created by submitting the form.
The initial implementation does not store leads in the LabFlow application database.
Copies may remain in the email provider and receiving mailbox for commercial follow-up and operational records.
Form values are not stored in browser local storage or cookies, and are not appended to the page URL.
If the API is unavailable, the manual email fallback may open your own email application only when you choose that action.
Required processors and providers must be reviewed before this notice is advertised as final.

WhatsApp as an optional contact channel

The website may include optional links to contact us on WhatsApp. Selecting a WhatsApp link opens an external third-party service, and information you send there is processed under WhatsApp/Meta terms and privacy practices. The LabFlow lead form and WhatsApp are separate communication methods; WhatsApp messages are not stored in the LabFlow application database by this implementation. Please do not send confidential laboratory results, passwords, sensitive customer records, or production credentials through WhatsApp.

Data you should not submit through this form

Please do not enter any of the following in the demo request form:

Actual laboratory test results
Passwords or login credentials for any system
Confidential sample or client data
Any sensitive contractual or financial information

Data retention

This page does not define a specific retention period or a formal legal basis for processing. Marketing leads are not stored in the LabFlow application database in this initial implementation, but copies may remain in the email provider and receiving mailbox as ordinary business correspondence.
